There is nothing easier than this crock pot BBQ.  Kate makes this for dinner when
she wants to spend the day quilting.

1 package of Ribs - choose your family's favorite variety
1 or 2 bottles of your favorite brand of BBQ sauce

Toss the ribs into your crock pot, along with a bottle of sauce.  Cook on low for 6
hours, or on high for 4 (6 on low is better.  The meat is more tender, and you get
more quilting done!).   

These ribs are a hit when served over a bed of mashed potatoes.  If you would like to
reduce the fat, cook the day before, cool in the refrigerator, and skim the fat.  Add a
second bottle of sauce.
